Lots of herbs are found in Nepal, which has its own medicinal value. Everyday we cook lots of foods. In such foods, we use it as a common spices which have its own medicinal advantages. Here I am writing the name of some herbs which are used in our daily life as well.

Black pepper

This black pepper is used for cooking as well as it relief the pain from toothache and it is good for bring down the fever too.

Cloves

For nausea ,vomiting, tropical pain, relief of arthritis, sore gums, antiseptic mouthwash the cloves are used. If you are suffering from common cold, you can put 2/3 cloves in water then boil it for 5 minutes. It will relieve common cold as well

Garlic

Well garlic is the common spices that we are using in our daily life. While preparing any vegetables, we put some paste of garlic to make our food delicious. People having high/low blood pressure, sexually transmitted disease, diabetes, to destroy internal parasites, to reduce cholesterol, or whooping cough may take the garlic as a common medicine.

Ginger

Ginger prepared tea is best for our health. Usually ginger is used when we are suffering from common cold, flu, nausea, detoxified meat stimulate delayed period, and fever.

Mint

Mint has its own herbal value. It is used when people are suffering from migraine, stomach disorder, stomachache, and herpes. If you are suffering from herpes, you can take two cups of mint tea. It can be easily found in tea shop.
