I don’t eat much of food these days. May be it is due to my sleeping habits or may be because I am just locked inside my room mostly. My mom says it is because of the noodles I have it as nighttime snacks. Basically, the noodles is made for the children and it can be eaten both raw and cooked. The main concerning point is it contains MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE. This actually is the most popular ingredient used by the Asian people and it is actually used as catalyst in cooking food. May be this is the cause of my loss of hunger and loss of weight as well, but I am not sure as of yet.

Well not much but that just keeps me going when I am hungry at night. I prefer it having as raw than cooked. So that is my nighttime snacks and diet which my mom says is killing my hunger.
