A woman has equal value in the present society as that of a man. She writes with a revolutionary idea, works with her soft, and free hands, sings slogan of her freedom, and argues like a mans voice. A woman has a cocksure voice and it is because of co-education, progress in worldly knowledge. She cannot be restricted in the narrow house. Of course, like a man, she has double responsibilities now. Home and office have become common place for her. Working of woman outside is advantageous in many ways. She can use her knowledge, skills, and training in such places. She can develop her knowledge. In many occasions she can prove competent and do jobs better than men. It is true that managing two jobs at work and at home put to much strain on women mentally and physically, but it has become a measure of her competency, courage, and equality.
A woman often takes a job to earn a little extra for the family budget. She also wants to escape the home and meet new people. Like others she likes to work to get money, status, and feeling of success. Generally dark, she did was much like what she was used to at home but now she is well trained for any kinds of works.
